WHY VOLUNTEER WITH EINSTEIN
4 Years And Running
When we founded Einstein in 2017, we didn't want to be a one-hit wonder. So we hand over to a new organizing team each year, but remain involved as advisors.

Clear Sense Of Purpose
Singapore has many free tuition programs. But we’re disillusioned with how they often simply repeat what has been taught in school to kids who aren’t interested.
​
So as STEM enthusiasts, we started Einstein to make kids love learning. Not through drills, but through hands-on activities that bring a minds-on experience.
​
We don’t just tell our kids why the demos work. We let them play around and ask questions. And then we guide them to deduce the answers for themselves.
Schedule Flexibility
We understand you're busy. So we don't expect you to show up every week or commit to a minimum number of sessions. Just join us when you're free!
Empowerment & Fun
Our volunteers are assets, not free labor. They don't just come for sessions. They also work with us to plan programs and garner feedback.
Often, the families of the kids we work with have insufficient wealth/access/skill/time to provide quality nurturing. And that's where our volunteers come in.
Your role will be to serve as a buddy guide, and inspire these kids to love learning beyond the classroom. And you'll have lots of fun at the same time!

We Prefer Sessions on Weekends and School Holidays
When physical sessions resume, we recommend you pick a session conducted at a centre that's convenient for you! But for online sessions, location should be a non-factor.
